In User Account Control Settings adjust dial to Never Notify. In Windows Start Menu, search “UAC” and select “Change User Account Control Settings”. Make sure all the options are set to “Turn off Windows Firewall”.

Select “Options” and navigate to “Settings”. *Once you have disabled the pop-up blocker, navigate to turning off the Firewall First move the tab highlighted to “Accept All Cookies” and untick the box “Turn on Pop-up Blocker”. Navigate to the “security” tab and move the “Security level for this zone” to medium.
